CLIMATE CONTROL
Most Space Stor units are air-conditioned and humidity controlled. Thus, mildew and other heat related problems are greatly reduced. In our northern locations, heat in the winter prevents possible damage from freezing weather.

SAFETY AND SECURITY
All exterior areas and interior hallways are well lighted. Tenants enter the air-conditioned Space Stor units through a single entrance. Access to all units requires entering a unique passcode into a computerized access keypad. A 24 hour a day, state-of-the-art fire and burglar alarm system including individual door alarms and video cameras, monitors Space Stor.

THE RIGHT ROOM FOR YOUR NEEDS
Space Stor has a wide variety of locker sizes available from 4' x 5' to 10' x 30' in most locations. Large units have wide, rollup doors. Our trained staff can help you choose the right sized unit for your belongings. Rent only as much as you need, for as short a period as one month.

EASY ACCESS WITH YOUR OWN LOCK AND KEY
Space Stor's convenient hours allow easy access to your stored goods. Wide driveways make it easy for your mover to load and unload. Handcarts and dollies are available free for your use. For added security, you use your own lock and key. No one else has access to your locker.

Courteous, knowledgeable personnel are on site to assist you during all access hours.
